By opting into SMS communications, you authorize InStore Finance IGW, IGW administrators, software services, and affiliates to contact you about your installment contract using the contact information you provide. This includes but is not limited to: mailed statements, phone calls (including with auto-dialer technology), emails, and text messages.

Messages are strictly related to servicing your payment contract. We do not send marketing or promotional content. Message frequency may vary depending on your account status. For example, on-time customers may receive 2–3 messages per month. Past due or delinquent customers may receive 5–8 messages per month if permitted.

Message & data rates may apply. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP at any time. To receive support, reply HELP.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
